Letting ‘LOVE’ Light The Way

Haley and Krue expressed their love of the mountains in many little details. Their impressive DIY florals, centerpieces, and bouquets were just the tip of this couple’s creative iceberg!

Flowers perched on golden pedestals and lanterns flanked the ceremony stage as a foreshadowing of the olive and burgundy color theme in the reception hall. Once Haley and Krue spoke their I Do’s, they were off for a romantic photo session while guests headed to the cocktail deck.

Welcomed by a DIY wooden sign and guest book, attendees made their way to the bar to sip on the beverages named after Haley and Krue’s dogs, Tom and Baloo. Owing to the warm, summer weather, the bar was open outside all night so that guests were encouraged to grab a drink and enjoy the mountain air.

The focal point of the reception hall were the giant “LOVE” letters at the foot of the stage, in front of the newlyweds. The reception tables donned camel linens with burgundy accents. The fantastic florals were all made by Haley’s aunt, and the deep olive and burgundy flowers brought a whimsical splash of color to the room. To accent the flowers, Button Rock Bakery designed a cake with olive-colored mountains on each tier and figurines of Tom and Baloo on top.

What a beautiful summer celebration to look back on. Congratulations Haley and Krue!
