Bliss & Bouquets

Jacklelyn and Josh’s three day wedding was three days of magic and joy. Bold colors popped brilliantly against the snowy spring backdrop while the rustic, yet elegant decor elevated the reception hall.

Having booked the entire property for their three day event, over half of Jackelyn and Josh’s guests were able to wander and mingle about the property for the duration. We love the idea that the merging of families begins in such a magical and majestic setting, lending valuable time to get to know your new family members and build memories together.

On the day of the wedding, Jackelyn and Josh each wrote love letters to one another to read while getting ready for the big day. Surrounded by their closest friends and family, they laughed, drank, and enjoyed their morning as they geared up for the ceremony.

Guests arrived to a welcome bar serving beer and wine before heading to the beautiful ceremony site. Jackelyn and Josh were married under the pergola with swooping chiffon and a gorgeous floral display. Jackelyn and her bridesmaids carried bouquets made by Floral Designs of Europe and wore fur shawls to stave off the cold. Following the ceremony, the wedding party ran off for pictures while the rest of the guests made for the reception space to sign the wooden guestbook and grab a drink.

The reception hall featured navy linens with ruby, camel, and gold accents. The rustic DIY centerpieces were made of wood cookies, pinecones, and pine branches, lending some festive feels to the reception decor. On the balcony, they set up a photo op with a neon “The LaDukes” sign hanging from the top of two giant wooden mountains.

The following morning was a much needed rest day, lounging in the luxurious suites and cabins at Della Terra and hosting a movie marathon in the theater.

What a wonderful three day celebration! We were so happy to have hosted such a special wedding and occasion for the merging of these two families. Congrats Jackelyn and Josh!
