Bold jewel tones made a welcomed appearance in this picturesque snowscape. Fresh flakes came through Estes Park at year’s end to deliver Kelly and Matthew a dreamy winter wonder-wedding.
Kelly dialed up the cozy winter vibes with fur shawls, fuzzy sweetheart chairs, and a wedding party dressed in navy, eggplant, and burgundy. Matthew and his groomsmen wore their military dress uniforms to honor the tradition of military service in both of their families.
Fresh snow and cool temps added a unique beauty to the Rocky Mountain backdrop. The beer blending into a traditional German stein is the perfect seasonal spin to a unity ceremony, while also delivering some much needed liquid warmth.
Guests made their way inside for cocktail hour on the indoor balconies. With the fireplaces alit and the bar open, feeling came back to the fingers and everyone marveled at the reception room from above. The room was dazzlingly put together thanks to Kelly’s efforts and Compass Rose Floral’s eye for design. Navy and eggplant linens were accented with gold candelabras and a striking cupcake display from B Sweet Cupcakes.
Suit & Tie DJ took over after dinner and fine-tuned the dance floor with a mix of Kelly and Matthew’s favorite songs. The Beatles and the Star Wars soundtrack were flawlessly weaved in and this group ate it up!
These are the winter weddings that we all walk away from in awe. What a beautiful day and a beautiful couple. Congratulations Kelly and Matthew!
