Summer DIY Classic

Our hats are off to this crafty couple! The Victors crafted so many DIY details, from the floral bouquets and arrangements to the seating chart and signage, these two put in the work to execute their ideal wedding vision.

While the Colorado skies cried a few morning tears, Dakota and her photographer sneaked off to the honeymoon suite to capture a few stunning bridal portraits. Clouds parted just in time for Christian and Dakota’s first look, which was overflowing with anticipation and tears of joy.

The ceremony carried the same cheerful energy, featuring vocal performances from students of Dakota’s music school. There was not a dry eye in the audience before they strolled to the cocktail deck to enjoy signature cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.

Silver linens with navy accents decorated the reception hall, along with wooden signage created by Christian. All florals were arranged by Dakota and the mother of the groom, which breathed color and life into the room.

Following dinner and toasts, guests headed outside for first dances. With fire pits lit and blankets in hand, everyone gathered around the outdoor dancing area overlooking Rocky Mountain National Park. Shortly thereafter, Pikenut Entertainment brought the party to the dance floor. Everyone was invited to snack on some locally produced popcorn from Mom’s Popcorn in Greeley, CO, while the sun set over the mountains.

What a beautiful summer celebration to be a part of. Congratulations to Christian and Dakota Victor!
