The Ceremony and the Soundtrack

Carrie and Jonathan were looking to put their spin on the mountain glam wedding theme. Ivory linens, pink neutral tones, and stunning floral sprays conveyed stylish boho vibes.

Carrie was looking to spruce up some of the more traditional wedding concepts and leaned on planner Keely Flatness’ refined and modern style to do so. Early in Carrie and Jonathan’s relationship, Jonathan used Carrie’s excitement for creating CD mixtapes as an excuse to spend more time together. With this love story in mind, Carrie and Keely created a unique escort table which used famous love songs as table names with each guest’s name as a CD escort “card” and favor.

Carrie and Jonathan are both from Florida with an affinity for their toes in the sand and a drink in their hands. Their card box was a Yeti cooler, which held gifts and cards instead of beverages on their wedding day. Rather than a traditional guest book, guests left a message for the newlyweds on an After the Tone rotary phone.

With many of their guests traveling from The Sunshine State, they strategically to opted for a summer wedding and couldn’t have timed the weather better. Guests were treated to blue skies and an outdoor cocktail hour and bar for the evening.

What a treat it was to be a part of this beautiful destination wedding. Thank you and congratulations to Carrie and Jonathan!
