William Shakespeare once said that the eyes are the window to your soul. Brooke and Clemens drew their wedding day inspiration from their own eyes, blue and green, and gave their guests a glimpse into their love for one another. Their wedding was full of intentional details and genuine happiness that shone through every hour of the day.
What we loved most was Brooke’s excitement for her wedding day! She was truly present with her bridesmaids, and made sure that the ladies were having a great time while getting their hair and make-up done. Instead of seeing each other before the ceremony, Brooke and Clemens opted for a “first touch”. The suspense of the day and the depth of their love gave way to happy tears once Brooke made her way down the aisle to Clemens!
Brooke was escorted down the aisle in style! A 1930s Rolls Royce drove the bride and her father from the chateau down to the ceremony site. After a special father-daughter moment, Brooke joined her soon-to-be husband on the stage. Brooke and Clemens professed their love for one another by reciting both traditional and hand-written vows. As their officiant read a poem, they drank holy water from a Native American wedding vase.
What happened next left the Della Terra staff and every single wedding guest in awe. Brooke and Clemens had their rings delivered by… a hawk! Finally, the happy couple were pronounced husband and wife and celebrated with a first kiss. The newlyweds drove off in their vintage Rolls Royce and immediately headed into Rocky Mountain National Park for photographs.
It is not uncommon to see wildlife in Estes Park, but some animals shy away from the spotlight. Not on this day! While in Rocky Mountain National Park, Brooke and Clemens saw their very first moose! We’d say this marriage is off to a magical and adventurous start!
Upon their return to Della Terra, the happy pair made their grand entrance into the reception hall with the help of a fog machine and the Chicago Bulls theme song. The excitement was palpable and the reception decor was festive. After all, Brooke opted for ivory linens with splendid sparkle overlays that were hand cut by their family. The sparkles didn’t stop there – the decor glimmered with green and blue accents, including the tree cake topper!
All of the hard work that went into the day had paid off, and the merriment of the guests was proof. As the night came to a close, Brooke and Clemens were surrounded yet again by their dearest friends and family as they sent them off through a tunnel of Wilton Party Popper streamers.
This wedding was an incredible celebration of love that their guests will surely remember and cherish always! Thank you for sharing your perfect wedding with us, Brooke and Clemens! Congratulations!
